The digital pattern is a downloadable product and not refundable. Welcome to my digital shop! I'm excited to offer a wide range of digital patterns for all your crafting needs. Before making a purchase, I kindly ask that you carefully review all shop policies to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.

 

Digital products are an easily accessible and convenient way to get your hands on the latest patterns and designs. However, please note that all digital patterns in my shop are non-refundable as they are downloadable products. Once a purchase is made, I'm unable to cancel, exchange, or provide a refund for any reason. Here are a few reasons why digital patterns are non-refundable:

 

1. Instant Access: As soon as you make a purchase, you will have immediate access to the pattern. This means that the product cannot be returned or refunded, as it is already in your possession.

 

2. Copyright Protection: All my digital patterns are protected by copyright laws. By purchasing a digital pattern, you agree to use it for personal use only and not to resell or distribute the pattern in any form. (Please get in touch if you are interested in the collaboration).

 

3. Intangible Product: Similar to other digital products, a digital pattern is intangible and cannot be physically returned. This also means that once it has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or resold. However, if you encounter any issues with your digital pattern, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do my best to assist you and resolve the issue promptly. I also recommend downloading your digital pattern onto a secure and reliable device to ensure it is not lost or damaged.

The file is delivered to your email address as soon as the payment is received.

• Immediate payment received: a confirmation email is sent to you with a download link. The link also appears on the Thank You page. Please also check your Spam folder if you do see emails from me in your inbox. 

• Delayed payment / deleted download: When payment does not arrive immediately, a download link is not included in the confirmation email. After receiving payment, I'll have to manually mark the order as Paid, and a second email will be sent to you with the download link. Please bear in mind that I'm based in the UK, and if you are in the US or Australia, please allow me to delay the manual process for at least 12-48 houses. 

 

Please note that I'm not responsible for the loss or damage of your digital patterns once they have been downloaded.
